Real trading can lose you real money
Crypto moves fast and a filled order cannot be undone. FutFin is not a broker, exchange or custodian — we send instructions to your exchange, and it decides what happens. Withdrawals only ever go to an address you allowlisted at the exchange yourself, and every one needs a fresh two-factor code. Start with an amount you would be content to lose.

We will never ask you to deposit money. The only thing you can ever pay FutFin for is the optional Pro subscription, from your own account's Pro page. If anyone asks you to deposit funds, pay a “fee” or “tax” to withdraw, or recruit a “team” for commissions on a platform using the FutFin name, it's a scam. Real trading platforms don't promise fixed returns.

Questions, answered
Do I need my own exchange account?
Yes. FutFin places orders on an account you already hold at Binance or Kraken — it is not an exchange itself and does not hold anyone's money. You connect it with an API key you create, and you can revoke that key at the exchange at any time.
Can I deposit money with FutFin?
No, and you never should. FutFin never takes deposits and never holds customer funds. You fund your own exchange account, in your own name, and your balance stays there the whole time. If anyone asks you to send money to FutFin to “fund your trading balance”, it is a scam — report it to us.
What does it cost?
Creating an account is free. A package (from from 350 USDT for Starter) buys a quantity of trading volume — how much value you can route through FutFin to your own exchange. It is paid in crypto, does not renew automatically, and buys no capital: the money you trade is your own. Selling to close a position and withdrawing from your exchange are never limited by it.
Where do the prices come from?
Prices stream live from Binance's public market-data feed — the BTC/USDT-style pairs most price sites quote — and charts use the same candles. FutFin isn't affiliated with Binance.
How are orders filled?
FutFin sends the order to your exchange, and the exchange fills it — at its own prices, with its own fees and its own minimum sizes. FutFin never fills an order itself and is never the other side of your trade.
What if FutFin goes down?
Your funds and positions are at your exchange, not here, so they are unaffected. You can always log into Binance or Kraken directly to trade, close a position or withdraw. Nothing about your money depends on FutFin being available.
